Parents interested in CVMS are invited to contact us for more information in regards to current enrollment status. We offer personal tours where you’ll have an opportunity to observe our classrooms in action, hear more about Montessori pedagogy and ask questions about our program.
Our Infant, Toddler and Primary programs run 12-months and so we do admit students throughout the year as children move up into the next level of their educational journey. Our "school year" typically "starts" on the first Tuesday in September for returning students, with a majority of our new children entering throughout the first week. Our year-round programming includes specialized summer sessions! Our Elementary program runs 10-months (Sept-June) and families can elect to enroll their children in our Summer Camp program for a separate fee.
Parents interested in enrolling and/or joining our waitlist for the 2016-2017 school year, are encouraged to submit an Enrollment Application. Families are placed on our waitlist on a first-come, first-service basis. Siblings of currently enrolled students always get priority.
- Request information on our current enrollment and waiting list status by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our office at 503.293.9422. If interested, we are happy to schedule a tour with you at this time.
- Complete the Enrollment Application and submit along with the nonrefundable registration fee.
- Upon official acceptance, an enrollment packet will be emailed; a deposit must be paid to secure and hold your child’s place in the program. The deposit is refundable after the contract year provided all fees have been paid and terms of enrollment agreement have been met.
- A private, 20-30 minute family orientation will be set for you and your child to visit the school, become acquainted with the classroom, meet your child's teacher and ask any remaining questions you may have of the program.
